DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:
NOTE:
For those availing the “Free College Entrance Examination Act or RA 12006”, a graduate or graduating student must satisfy the following qualifications and requirements:
a. The graduate or graduating student must be a natural-born Filipino citizen;
b. The graduate or graduating student must belong to the top ten percent (10%) of his or her graduating class;
c. The graduate or graduating students must belong to a family whose combined household income falls below the poverty threshold as defined by the National Economic and Development Authority or cannot afford in a sustained manner to provide for their minimum basic needs of food, health, education, housing, and other essential amenities of life duly certified by the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:
a. Original certificate from your Senior High School confirming that you are in the top ten percent (10%) of your graduating class or that you graduated in the top ten percent (10%) of your class.
b. Certificate issued by the Department of Social Welfare and Development, duly certified, stating that your family’s overall household income is below the poverty threshold according to NEDA.
Failure to provide the necessary document at the time of admission will result in ineligibility for the program.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
