Payment of non-refundable processing fee of Php 400.00 in cash on the day of the examination.
NOTE:
For those availing the “Free College Entrance Examination Act or RA 12006”, you are required to provide any of the following documents:
Original certificate from your Senior High School confirming that you are in the top ten percent (10%) of your graduating class,
Original certificate from your Senior High School verifying that you graduated in the top ten percent (10%) of your class, or
Certificate issued by the Department of Social Welfare and Development, duly certified, stating that your family’s overall household income is below the poverty threshold according to NEDA.
Failure to provide the necessary document at the time of admission will result in ineligibility for the program.

Applicants must possess any of the following eligibilities;
College Level/Graduate
Senior High School Graduate/Graduating Student
Minimum height of 5 ft. 4 in. (162.5 cm) for MALE and 5 ft. 2 in. (157.5 cm) for FEMALE applicants
Has a GPA of at least 83%
Has never been officially admitted at MAAP
