I confirm that I have read, understand and agree to the above requirements to begin my online application for MAAP CENTER FOR ADVANCED MARITIME STUDIES.
This application shall not be acted upon unless the following documents are received by the
Graduate Admission Office of the Center for Advanced Maritime Studies, Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific, Kamaya Pt., Alas-asin, 2105, Mariveles, Bataan, Philippines on or before the applicable date of entry in each semester.
1. Correctly and completely accomplished Application for Admission (F-001).
2. Letter of Recommendation from the employer or supervisor or former professor.
3. Original copy of Transcript of Records (TOR) & one (1) set photocopy (Copy for: MAAP)
4. One (1) set photocopy of Diploma.
5. Three (3) recent 1 ½” x 2” Passport Size Photo with plain white background.
6. PSA Birth Certificate
